Our all access pass allows you to trial all aspects of the Recovery Modalities at a time interval that suits your needs.
Revival Pass includes usage of the following modalities
30mins (including showers + changeover)
We advise when using this pass beginning in the Infrared Sauna, followed by Contrast water therapy Hot | Cold Plunge (finishing in the cold water immersion pool) and finishing up in the Normatec Recovery Room.
*We also have a protocol for you to follow in the hot and cold water immersion pools if it is your first time!
This option is great for small or large teams and offers a great tool for team building and bonding. Utilise our protocols to get the most out of your recovery in season or pre- season | in competition or carnivals | or finals time!
